Return & Refund Policy
Every StoneFyr product is 3D-printed to order in the USA, and we stand behind our work. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-day returns. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and — where possible — in their original packaging.
How to start a return. Email with your order number and the reason. We'll reply with instructions. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us.
Return shipping. Customers cover return shipping unless the return is due to our error (a wrong, defective, or damaged item). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email with photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no need to ship anything back unless we ask.
Custom & made-to-spec orders. Custom or personalized prints — including custom sizes, designs, colors, or bulk/commissioned work — are non-returnable and non-refundable once production begins, since they're made specifically for you and can't be resold. The only exception: if a custom item arrives with a significant defect or wasn't made to the agreed specifications, contact us directly at and we'll work with you to make it right.
A note on 3D printing. Every product is 3D-printed to order using FDM (fused-deposition) printing. Because each piece is printed individually, minor variations in color, layer texture, dimensions, and finish are normal characteristics of the process — not defects — and aren't grounds for a return. We inspect every print before it ships.
Cancellations. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before production begins. Once an item has entered production it may no longer be cancellable — contact us as soon as possible and we'll do what we can.
Exchanges. Need a different item? Start a return for the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
