Shipping Policy
Made to order. StoneFyr products are 3D-printed to order. Most orders are produced and ship within 3–7 business days. Larger or bulk orders may take longer; we'll let you know if so.
Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States.
Carriers, rates & tracking. Orders ship via USPS (and/or other carriers) with tracking. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Transit time. After an order ships, domestic delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Your total wait is production time plus transit time.
Lost or damaged in transit. Once an order ships, delivery is in the carrier's hands. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact and we'll help resolve it, including filing a carrier claim where applicable.
Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout; reshipment may require additional shipping charges.
